There are at least two bands or artists that claim this name. One of them is a Brazilian independent Post-Punk band created in 1989 and currently active. The other one is a French DJ Laurent Collat (A.K.A. elegia). The Brazilian band is original from São José dos Campos - São Paulo. The name of the band (elegia) means elegy in Portuguese, and it's not related to New Order's song.
