not to be confused with X.I.S Oldschool goa band of Holger Buchholtz and Thorsten Janert producing mostly under Nephilim Records. X.I.S. stands for Xploring Inner Space. Rooting in 1996 they appeared on many compilations in 90s. Made two albums. First album is 2 cds of deep organic goa trance, second is chilled out and consist of psychill and downtempo parts with some faster jungle rhythms in several tracks. They also had side-project called Gangnia, which is a bit deeper and minimalistic goa.
