As-Salaamu Alaikum! WELCOME! The "Verbal" is lyrical and the "Seed" is life, so now we have "lyrical life". VERBAL SEED! This Crew consist of three blood brothers (same mother & father). Lyricist Focus, lyricist/producer Oneself Salaam and lyricist Tree. Born and raised in the city of Waco, Texas with two members (OneSelf & Tree) residing in Dallas, TX. Raised on 60's and 70's soul music, Verbal Seed managed to find hip-hop in the early 80's. While listening to some of the best artists in their formative years, for example: Rakim, KRS-One, Public Enemy, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G.
