Dian is a rock band from Oulu, northern Finland, originally formed at 2001 in the woods right next to Russian border. Dian’s musical essence is a mixture of heavier cross-over rock and funky grooves. During the 10-year career, Dian has published several demos, singles and promotional recordings. The band has always liked to work on their own, in their own rehearsal studio environment. In addition to the most recent album, also the majority of their past recordings have been self recorded. Despite the DIY mentality, the band has also worked with some professional producers.
