Kaseva is a legendary Finnish rock group. Similary to lots of other Suomi-rock acts, Kaseva doesn't really fit any genre definition. Kaseva was formed in the late 60s and continued to rehearse in the cellar for years without anyone knowing about them. At some point in the early 70s they sent an English language demo to Love Records, a now legendary record label from Helsinki. Kaseva was to sign a record deal with one condition, the songs should be in Finnish. The lyrics were translated and Kaseva's debyt album Silloin kun, was released 1974.
