Myzery began rapping with a crew called the Boriqua Bee-Hive, under the moniker Rhyme Recker. Myzery was signed to Psychopathic Records when Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse heard a demo through his brother Jumpsteady. Jumpsteady had married Myzery's sister Nancy, so he was brought in as a family favor. In 1998, Myzery joined Psychopathic Records. He released only one EP album entitled "Para La Isla" ("For The Island").
