Biography Born and bred in Leicester, he started his music career at the tender age of 7 playing Tabla and Naal at Navrati Festivals with his Father. Having a passion for music he took up the Trumpet at 8 and the Violin at 9 through his Primary School. As he grew older he started to get more into the urban scene listening to local pirate radio stations to catch the latest Music. Through one of his mates Direct D, a local pirate radio presenter, Kerfew went from answering calls to working his way up to hosting Prime time Weekend Shows.
