Misty Dixon was the brainchild of ex-Killing Laura and solo artist Jane Weaver. Combining Weaver's Rob Gretton-endorsed talents with those of Anna Greenwood, Sam Yates and the late Dave Tyack, Misty Dixon produced pop with an added edge of perverted sex. First (and only) album Iced To Mode melded pretty, sunshine pop with a deep, dark seam of twisted perversion. Although the disappearance of drummer Dave Tyack didn't initially deter them, Weaver later decided to concentrate on her solo efforts with the releases of Like An Aspen Leaf and Seven Day Smile...
