Superstrings
Superstrings (Myspace - Quandarium), started out as an internet collaboration. Sam, (superstrings), traded ideas with James Cooper from Leicester. Their ideas where based around their influences at the time - ranging from The Berzerker to Aphex Twin. The sound they came upon was a very distorted mix of metal riffs, instrumented by 8-bit samples, and IDM with added black metal type vocals. After a while the pair lost contact and the partnership fell apart. Soon after Sam decided that he needed to concentrate on real work after the failings of two death metal bands based in Liverpool, UK.
