Gate Zero (Stefan Biermann), of Germany, is an electronic musician who produces modern ambient in his own right. His music is rich with atmospheric sound design and delicate, skittery beats. Since the age of 12, Stefan has been an avid music collector of a wide range of electronic music -- from ambient, electronica, electro and experimental to drum and bass, jazz and hip hop. In the late 90's he nurtured his love for music by working in various record stores and DJing at clubs.
