Featured on WB's Smallville, Stephanie Simon's music has been has been called "organic," "honest," "deeply moving," and even "provocative." Simon uses her own life to draw from for musical inspiration. You wouldn't know it listening to this mostly upbeat rock album, but Simon's third CD, "Widow," was written and recorded the year after her husband passed away. Kenny Lee Lewis, guitarist for the famous Steve Miller Band, delivers his fine tuned riffs to 11 of the cuts on Simon's newest solo CD, "Butterfly," creating the perfect blend of adult alternative and adult contemporary music.
