Toaster were on Creation Records from 96-99. "“strong tunes that all seem to burst with a glam dubby sophistication not often heard in Scottish indie music” “This is very fine stuff indeed that has been rightly compared to Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci at their very best.” There is also a US outfit named Toaster, consisting of one person who programs things. They have released two EPs and an LP, named "The Banging Process".
