Pyhät Nuket was founded in Tampere, Finland as The Holy Dolls in the late autumn of 1983. Soon the band changed their name to Pyhät Nuket in Finland.
The former members were from Riistetyt and Kaaos. Rike, the leader of Bastards, joined to Pyhät Nuket in the beginning of 1984 and they re-recorded their album, which was at the moment released. They toured in USA in the summer 1984 with their second line-up "Riistetyt". They had 30 shows around the whole continent.
