There are at least two bands of this name: 1) The St. Paul-based husband-and-wife team of Phil and Heather Redmon, who have been recording and releasing music under this name at songfight.org since 2004 2) A Portland-based four piece band formed in 2006: "Channeling the energy and youthfulness of a younger Iggy Pop, and playing with the conviction (and carelessness) of the early CBGB's scene, The Hell Yeahs sound every bit New York - and they're from Portland, Oregon! Gritty, sleazy, and wild, this is what rock 'n' roll should be - unbridled, punchy, and tough.
