Elektronik is the project name for the recent collaboration between Pete Namlook (who goes by many aliases, including Air, Silence, Syn and Escape, as well as simply Namlook), and the nascent newcomer, Material Object - the enigmatic figure of Andre Ruello - who is otherwise responsible for the brilliant aesthetics and cover art of Fax +49-69/450464 releases from 2002 onwards.
In line with other Namlook material, Elektronik is inert to easy description - broadly, it has elements of downtempo, progressive electronica, trip-hop, jazz-hop, psychedelica and a tinge of ambient.
