1994 was the year Rio Black &
Dr. Mole, the creative center for
ATOMIC NEON, first made
music together. In the Fall of
2006, after forming the Synth-
Pop project SPUNK2003, Black &
Mole searched for a live guitarist
to help. Thus, the project was
reinvented and songs were
reconstructed into the band ATOMIC NEON.
Our intentions? To make music that represents us. Retro or Old
