シンディケイト is a Japanese Visual Kei band that started activities in 2006 under the name CindyKate.
In 2008, CindyKate changed the writing of their name to katakana going as シンディケイト and released some CDs with that name.
After some members' departures and discussions (e.g. the poor health of vocalist Yuii’s father), シンディケイト decided to disband in February 2009, but finally returned to the scene and temporarily changed their name to CINDY&KATE.
