Häntä is a finnish band, which plays mainly rock, hardrock and metal. It was founded 2004 when the members of the crew gathered to play some hardcorepunk music the bandcamp of their former band "Rinta". The night was long and after two many drinks they discovered that new sound of the band is better than it has ever been... and it was re-named "Häntä". Häntä started with uploading their first recorded song "En voita koskaan" in to mikseri.net where from it was downloaded over 50 000 times and getting their songs in to the playlist of a dj from finnish internet radio.
